You may be asked questions at the science fair by those who stop by to look at your great work! Be sure to be prepared and have your logbook with you as well. Here are some sample questions you can use to get ready to blow them away with your knowledge!! Also, take a look back at the youth science fair link posted a few days ago for other advice on building your trifold and for how to best prepare. Good luck and most of all... HAVE FUN!!!

Starting next week, they will continue to work on their science fair projects in order to be prepared for Thursday, January 25. In math next week they will be reviewing adding and subtracting decimals along with exploring multiplication and division of decimals and problem solving with all of the above.
The next Hunger Lunch for Tim Hortons is on Wednesday, January 24. If you would like to order a lunch, orders are due this Friday. Go to www.healthyhunger.ca to put in your order if you haven't already :)
Students are taking home two assignments this weekend. Please ask your child about them and initial that you have seen it. This is a process we will be continuing throughout the year. We thank you and appreciate your support!
Welcome to 2018!
Students have been working very diligently on their science fair projects which will be presented on Thursday, January 25 during the day to grade 8 and 9 students and in the evening the fair will be open to families to come and take a look. Students are being asked to be here on Thursday January 25 before 5:30 in order to set up and prepare. The science fair will then be open to families from 5:30 - 8:00. We are asking students to stay after the science fair is over in order to take down their science fair projects. The science fair is for students in grades 6 and 7.
